Notification of Election of CEC

 

“Rashtriya Samagra Vikas Sangh" (RSVS)

Under section 8 of the constitution of RSVS, the election for constituting new Governing Body for 2016-17 has been declared as per decision of Executive Body of RSVS. Shri Raj Pal Singh, IES (Director in NITI AYOG), Government of India has been nominated as Returning Officer to performing election process. As observer, Shri R. N. Chandolia, National President or any representative from SCEWASTAMB and Shri P. I. Jose, National Convener or any representative from AMODE will be present during the time of election process of RSVS.

Time: 9.30 am to 5.00 pm

 

The online nomination process will be started from 09.09.2016 (Friday) till 09.10.2016 (Sunday) up to 11:30am with fulfilling the proper requirement. The voting process will be started after declaration of name of contestants by Election Officer (EO). Qualifications & Disqualifications for contesting elections to executive body of RSVS:

 

Documents required at the time of filing of nomination papers to contesting the election to any post of executive body of “Rashtriya Samagra Vikas Sangh (RSVS)”.

 

1. Evidence of minimum age for contesting election to executive body of RSVS to be 21 years.

 

2. Any primary member of General body under section 8 of the constitution of RSVS can be contest of election for any post of Governing body, who is not member of any political party and similar organization.

 

3. Any government employee or non-employee can be primary member who is agree with the rules and regulation of the RSVS and deposited membership fee of Rs.100/- for primary member and fee of Rs.1000/- for life member.

 

4. Founder members will be policy makers and every election will be conducted under the supervision of them.

 

The term of the Governing Body (Executive Committee) shall be for 1 (one) years. It can be extended for another one year by the general body meeting in the special circumstances. Nomination or election for each post will be sought from General Body and elections will be held by secret ballot biannually at the time of Annual General Body meeting. In the first year of the society, only 3 members shall be elected for the post of Executive Committee members. Three more members shall be elected from core team in the next year and subsequent years. The three senior members shall retired at the end of the term i.e. 2 years, but are eligible for election. Those members who are unable to attend the meeting shall send their vote by registered post or any source of communication to the Election Officer.
